What's in your cream?

Three ingredients: grass-fed tallow, shea butter and jojoba. Our 100% Tallow cream has just one: grass-fed beef tallow. No fragrance, no fillers.

Does it smell like beef?

No. Our unscented cream has a very mild, neutral scent. Our lavender, vanilla and lemongrass creams are infused with the real ingredients, so that's what you smell.

Is it greasy?

It's a rich cream, but it soaks in without leaving a greasy film. A small amount goes a long way.

How do I use it?

Smooth a small amount onto clean, dry skin: hands, feet, elbows, face or anywhere that wants extra moisture.

Should I patch test first?

Yes. As with any new skincare product, try a small amount on a patch of skin first and stop use if irritation occurs.

Where is it made?

We render the tallow and make every batch ourselves in New South Wales.

What's the difference between the cream types?

Our original cream is made with tallow, shea butter and jojoba. The scented creams add real lavender, vanilla bean or lemongrass infused into the tallow. The 100% Tallow cream is pure tallow with nothing else.

Can I try before buying a full jar?

Yes. Our 40ml samples and the Scent Trio bundle are made for that.

How long does shipping take?

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll make it right. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

How should I store it?

Keep it in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. Close the lid after use and use clean, dry hands or a spatula.
