        We ship Australia-wide, orders over our free shipping threshold shipp free.

        smaller orders have a flat shipping rate shown at checkout before you pay.

        All products will be shipped within 7 days of your order. You'll receive tracking via email once your order is shipped.

        Delivery times after dispatch:

        • NSW: 2-4 business days
        • VIC/QLD/ACT: 3-5 business days
        • SA/WA/TAS/NT: 5-7 business days


        RETURNS

        Unopened products: Changed your mind? Unopened items in their original sealed condition can be returned for a refund of the original purchace price. Original shipping is not refunded, including orders that qualified for free shipping. Return shipping is at your expense. Use our contact page to request a return. Refunds are processed within five days of us receiving your return.

        Damaged or faulty products: Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered? Contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo and  we'll send a replacement or refund it. We cover the return cost in this case. 

        Lost or delayed orders: If your order hasn't arrived when you expect it get in touch and well track it down. If it's gone missing get in touch and we'll make it right.
